User Agreement

GunzHub is a trade name (DBA) of Wyatt's Toy Box. All references to "Wyatt's Toy Box" or "GunzHub" in this Agreement refer to the same entity. Wyatt's Toy Box ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") operates an online classifieds marketplace where members can list, discover, and arrange the sale of toys, goods, vehicles, equipment, collectibles, and other items between private parties. Wyatt's Toy Box is a listing service only. We are not a party to any transaction between users, we do not hold inventory, and we do not broker, finance, ship, or deliver any item. If you spot anything on the Platform that appears inaccurate, please let us know through the contact information provided on the site.

The web is always changing, and these terms may change with it. We may revise this Agreement from time to time, and by continuing to use the Platform after revised terms are posted you agree to be bound by the updated version. We may also change, restrict access to, or suspend the Platform at any time. Content here is provided for informational purposes only; errors can happen, so confirm every important detail directly with the other party before you commit to a purchase. We make no guarantees about any goods or services advertised here.

Wyatt's Toy Box is not a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and is not engaged in the business of selling, transferring, or dealing in firearms. The Platform does not store, handle, possess, ship, or transfer firearms on anyone's behalf. Any firearm listed here is owned by the listing member, and any sale of a firearm is a private transaction solely between the buyer and the seller.

You are solely responsible for making sure every transaction you enter into complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the rules of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Gun Control Act. You agree that:

• Firearm transfers will go through a licensed FFL dealer where the law requires it, including background checks and completion of ATF Form 4473.
• You will not sell or transfer a firearm to anyone legally prohibited from possessing one, or to anyone you have reason to believe is prohibited.
• You will follow all state and local rules, which may be stricter than federal law — waiting periods, permit-to-purchase requirements, age verification, and transfer documentation.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful transaction, including selling stolen goods, prohibited items, or items to buyers in places where they are illegal.

When you list an item for sale, you must be ready to sell it at the price and on the terms you posted. Every item you offer must be owned by you or legally consigned to you. Listings do not have to be exclusive to this site. If you also run an auction elsewhere, the item must still be available for immediate purchase while listed here, and you must remove it from the Platform once an outside bid meets or exceeds your reserve.

Listings marked as "Buy Now" are a binding commitment between buyer and seller. If you sell the item somewhere else or accept another offer, you must update or remove your listing right away. Listings may not redirect buyers to outside auctions or websites unless that service was purchased as an account add-on. Once a sale is finalized and any inspection period has passed, the listing must be taken down — listings are not allowed to stay live after a sale is complete. Listings that have been inactive for six months may be removed automatically.

Each listing must describe a single, specific item (for firearms, one serial number). Manufacturer stock photos are not allowed, and photos may not carry any watermark other than your own or the one the Platform places. Descriptions should refer only to the item being sold; mentioning unrelated manufacturers interferes with search results and is not permitted. To list an item, sellers must provide accurate identifying and contact information. You may not use the Platform to promote any other company, website, product, or service without our prior written permission.

We may refuse service to anyone who does not follow these requirements or who uses the Platform in a way we consider inappropriate. Buyers are not permitted to cancel or self-close their accounts. A buyer's request to close an account will be honored six months after the buyer's last message to a seller, provided no complaints are open at that time. A seller's account may be set to inactive, but it remains visible to administrators only, and the history of their listings will be retained by the Platform for administrators only.

Sellers are responsible for the information in their own listings and for the content of any message sent through the Platform. Items are expected to be in working order unless the listing states otherwise. Nothing hurts a buyer's confidence faster than inaccurate or misleading claims, so please be truthful and treat other members fairly. You may not post or sell anything that would cause us to violate the law, anything illegal to sell or possess, parts or instructions meant to illegally convert a firearm to full-auto fire, parts or instructions for illegally building a silencer, or instructions for building bombs or explosives.

We can't watch every transaction, but we may run random quality checks to confirm sellers are prepared to deliver what they advertise at the posted price and terms. By using the Platform you agree to cooperate with these checks. If we find "bait and switch" or other unfair or deceptive practices, we may deny that seller further use of the site.

Although we can't review every listing, we reserve the right — but take on no obligation — to delete, move, or edit any posting we learn about that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, for legal or any other reasons. By using the Platform you agree not to post or send anything defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, misleading, off-topic, or illegal, or anything that infringes the rights of others or interferes with other members' ability to enjoy the site. We may deny access to anyone we believe has violated these terms. If your account is suspended for failing to follow this Agreement or for actions that erode buyer confidence, no listing fees will be refunded. Once a seller's account is established, its information stays on file with the Platform.

We want buyers to feel comfortable sharing their contact information with sellers. You agree not to use information about other members — or the items they list or search for, including listing details, usernames, email addresses, phone numbers, or anything else — for any purpose other than exploring a possible purchase or sale of a listed item.

For convenience, we may link to websites operated by dealers or others who list items through our marketplace. Even if we power some of those sites, we are not responsible for any content that appears on them.

You're welcome to link to this site, as long as your link doesn't state or imply our endorsement or sponsorship of you, your company, or your site. Without our prior written permission, you may not frame any of our content or incorporate our intellectual property into another website or service. "Wyatt's Toy Box" and its logo are our marks; other product and service names mentioned on the site may be trademarks of their respective owners, and you may not use any mark appearing here without the owner's prior written consent. All site content is owned by Wyatt's Toy Box and/or its licensors, and all rights are reserved.

You will not use the Platform to violate anyone's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. By submitting material here, you represent that you own it or are submitting it with the owner's consent, and you grant Wyatt's Toy Box a permanent, royalty-free right to host, display, distribute, modify, and otherwise use that material commercially and to keep it in our archive. You also agree not to buy search-engine or pay-per-click keywords, or domain names, that use "Wyatt's Toy Box" or its trademarks — or variations and misspellings of them.

Wyatt's Toy Box charges fees for optional listing plans and promotional boosts. These fees are for the listing service only and do not constitute a commission on, or participation in, any sale. All payments between buyers and sellers are arranged privately between the parties and are not processed, held, or guaranteed by the Platform.

Buying a listing subscription or package does not guarantee the sale of your item. Paid plans and boosts increase the visibility and exposure of your listing, but whether your item sells depends on buyer interest, pricing, condition, and other factors entirely outside our control. All subscription and package fees are non-refundable regardless of whether your item sells.

If you rely on this Platform, or on any information, product, or service available through it, you do so at your own risk. You understand that there may be delays, omissions, interruptions, inaccuracies, and other problems with the information, products, and services published or promoted on the Platform. The Platform is provided to you "as is." Wyatt's Toy Box and its affiliates, agents, and licensors cannot and do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currentness, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the information available through the Platform — or of any information, goods, or services that are referred to, advertised, promoted on, or sold through it. Nor do we or they guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, continuously available, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Under no circumstances will Wyatt's Toy Box or its affiliates, agents, or licensors be liable to you or anyone else for any damages — including but not limited to bodily injury, death, or disability — arising out of your use of the Platform or any product or service linked from, advertised on, or promoted through it. This covers, without limitation, consequential, special, incidental, indirect, punitive, exemplary, or other damages of any kind (such as lost revenues or profits, loss of business, or loss of data), even if we are advised beforehand of the possibility of such damages. You agree that the total liability of Wyatt's Toy Box and its affiliates, agents, and licensors, if any, arising out of any legal claim related to the Platform will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to use the Platform out of which that liability allegedly arises. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, some of these limits may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wyatt's Toy Box, its owners, employees, representatives, and licensees from, against, and in respect of all actions, suits, proceedings, demands, judgments, costs, and expenses incident to — directly or indirectly — your use of the Platform, any listing you place through it, and any of the services offered through it, including but not limited to any of the foregoing that involve bodily injury, death, or disability.

You hereby release, acquit, satisfy, and forever discharge Wyatt's Toy Box from all manner of actions, causes of action, suits, debts, sums of money, accounts, bonds, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, trespasses, damages, judgments, executions, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which you ever had, now have, or which any representative, successor, or assign of you hereafter can, shall, or may have against Wyatt's Toy Box, for or by reason of any matter, cause, or thing whatsoever arising from your use of the Platform.

Neither Wyatt's Toy Box nor its parent company is responsible for any classified ads posted on the Platform. We do not warranty any products posted for sale, and we do not mediate disputes between users. All such disputes are the sole responsibility of the parties involved in the transaction in question, and Wyatt's Toy Box will not mediate any dispute between a buyer and a seller.

We may update this User Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This User Agreement is made in, and will be construed under, the laws of the State of Louisiana. By using the Platform you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Louisiana in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform. Questions about this agreement can be directed to the contact information provided on the Platform. For any concern about a specific transaction, contact the other party directly — Wyatt's Toy Box is not a party to your transaction.
