GunzHub is a trade name (DBA) of Wyatt's Toy Box. All references to "Wyatt's Toy Box" or "GunzHub" in this Policy refer to the same entity. Wyatt's Toy Box ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect when you use the Platform and how we use, share, and protect it. Wyatt's Toy Box is a classifieds listing service and is not a party to any transaction between users. Personally identifiable information you provide when you register will not be sold or given to outside sources without your permission. Third-party providers featured on or linked to by the Platform may gather information through processes we do not control.

• Account information: your name, email address, and any profile details you choose to provide when you register.
• Listing information: the content, images, pricing, and location you submit when creating a listing or cash offer request. When you list an item for sale, we ask for information about the item and about how you can be contacted by potential buyers.
• Search and contact information: to help you find an item close to home, we may ask for limited details such as the kind of item you are looking for and your zip code. If you contact a seller through the Platform's messaging feature, we share with that seller the contact information you supply. If you do not wish to share your email address or other contact information with sellers, you should not use the contact option.
• Messages: communications you send to other users through the Platform's messaging feature.
• Payment information: when you purchase an optional listing plan or boost, we ask for the information needed to process your payment.
• Usage and technical data: our web server automatically collects limited information about your device configuration when you visit the Platform, including browser type, operating system, screen resolution, the website that referred you, and your IP address. Your IP address does not identify you personally; we use it for systems administration and troubleshooting.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features.
• Display your listings and profile to other users as you intend.
• Facilitate messaging and communication between buyers and sellers.
• Process optional listing-plan and boost payments.
• Send you service-related emails and, from time to time, promotional offers we think may interest you.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unlawful activity on the Platform.

Wyatt's Toy Box does not process, hold, or guarantee payments between buyers and sellers, does not store firearm inventory, and is not a firearms dealer. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

To help us tailor the Platform to the needs and interests of our visitors, we keep track of the pages visited by users by placing a cookie — a small text entry on your device. The cookie contains an identifier that allows us to track the pages you have visited. We combine this data with data on pages visited by other users to understand overall traffic patterns and improve the site. Cookies do not reveal personal information beyond what you supply yourself, and they cannot read unrelated data off your device. Our advertisers and those who provide products or services through the Platform may also assign their own cookies, a process we do not control and to which we do not have access.

From time to time we may also send emails that include item information, special promotions, and other commercial offers we think may interest you. If you do not find these communications useful, you can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions included in each email.

Any payment information you provide is secured during transmission using industry-standard secure socket layer (SSL) encryption. We use your payment information only to bill you for the services you order from us, and we do not share it with anyone except as necessary to process your transaction or as required by law.

Our priority is to keep your personal information private and confidential. Wyatt's Toy Box will not willfully disclose, rent, or sell your personal information to third parties. We share information only as necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights. Your listing details and profile are visible to other users as part of the normal function of a classifieds marketplace. We do not share private message content with anyone other than the intended recipient.

When we present information to our advertisers to help them understand our audience and confirm the value of advertising on the Platform, it is usually in the form of aggregated statistics on traffic to various pages. This aggregated information does not identify you personally, and we may disclose it to third parties.

Once you provide personal information to a buyer or seller, Wyatt's Toy Box has no control over how that information might be used by that individual. Given the risks involved, we recommend using the Platform's messaging system for communications with potential buyers and sellers.

We may disclose your personally identifiable information to others under the following circumstances:

• You consent to share your information.
• In response to a criminal investigation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
• Your actions on the Platform appear to be in violation of our policies, including our User Agreement and fee and payment policies.
• You post a listing that we believe, in our sole discretion, may create a liability for Wyatt's Toy Box.

To make the Platform more valuable, our site may include links to other websites and provide access to products and services offered by third parties, whose privacy policies we do not control. A provider's privacy policy may differ from ours. If you cannot find a provider's privacy policy, you should contact that provider directly for more information.

We retain your account and listing information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your listings or account; certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business records.

Information we gather is stored within Wyatt's Toy Box-controlled databases (or databases hosted on our behalf) in protected environments, and any payment information is secured for transmission using industry-standard SSL encryption. However, no physical or electronic security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our servers or databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us. Any information you include in a listing is available to anyone with Internet access, and transactions between users occur outside the Platform — you are responsible for your own safety when meeting in person.

You may edit your profile, update or remove your listings, and manage your account at any time through the Platform. You may also contact us with privacy requests regarding your personal information.

The Platform is not intended for users under 18 (21 where required by law for certain items). We do not knowingly collect information from children in violation of applicable law.

By using the Platform you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wyatt's Toy Box, its owners, employees, representatives, and licensees from, against, and in respect of all actions, suits, proceedings, demands, judgments, costs, and expenses incident to — directly or indirectly — your use of the Platform, any listing you place through it, and any of the services offered through it, including but not limited to any of the foregoing for bodily injury, death, or disability.

You hereby release, acquit, satisfy, and forever discharge Wyatt's Toy Box from all manner of actions, causes of action, suits, debts, sums of money, accounts, bonds, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, trespasses, damages, judgments, executions, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which you ever had, now have, or which any representative, successor, or assign of you hereafter can, shall, or may have against Wyatt's Toy Box, for or by reason of any matter, cause, or thing whatsoever arising from your use of the Platform.

Nothing in this policy shall limit, prohibit, or otherwise deny the ability of Wyatt's Toy Box to transfer, assign, or sell its assets to a third party without limitation, or to dispose of its assets in any manner. Wyatt's Toy Box makes no warranties or claims regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information we collect and disclose through the Platform, and disclaims any liability regarding its use.

The web is an evolving medium. If we need to change our privacy policy in the future, we will post the changes to this Privacy Policy on the Platform and update the effective date to reflect the amendment. By visiting the Platform, you agree that your visit, and any dispute over privacy, is governed by this Privacy Policy and our User Agreement.
